What are the bathroom fittings made of?

Mostly stainless steel, ABS and aluminium - materials that live in steam without rusting or clouding over. The material and the measurements are printed on every product page.

Do the suction-cup holders actually stay up?

They hold on a flat, smooth, clean surface: glass, polished tile, a mirror, a metal panel. Pressed onto grout lines or textured stone they will let go, so check the wall before you order.

Can the laundry bags and hampers be washed?

Mesh wash bags go straight into the machine, and fabric hampers wipe down with a damp cloth. Where a product needs different care, the description says so.

Are the bottles, straws and brushes dishwasher safe?

Silicone and stainless steel items generally are, and the product page tells you. Anything that should be washed by hand is marked that way instead.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order to all 50 US states, with no minimum order. We do not ship internationally and there is no expedited option.

When will my order arrive?

We process orders within 0-1 business days and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel is handed over.

Can I return something?

For a manufacturing defect, transit damage or the wrong item, yes - contact us within 30 days of delivery. We pay the return shipping and refund the original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Is the checkout secure?

Checkout is SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant, and full card details are never stored on our side.
